Now it seems they are blocking IKE/ISAKMP as well cause I cannot go through their crappy network inside or outside Qatar using IPSec (Wireshark doesn't see a single packet). Anyone else struggling with that? It seems to come and go, and I was wondering if you have any advice on how to change the port.
