The service is unfriendly, the online banking never works and I wasted many phone calls and visits to the bank on a credit card I still not have. We have tried on several occasions to get these dividends but cannot ever get a satisfactory answer or person to speak to. In the end had to sell the shares as it was a waste of time. Maybe there is someone that can point me in the right direction for department to contact. And their cards do work abroad, i just used it in two countries over the summer.
